Non-prescription shipping rates and delivery times
Our current delivery methods and rates are subject to change and various shipping policies and exceptions may apply to your order. Your shipping charges, including any applicable surcharges, will be clearly stated on the Order page. Order arrival varies depending on the type of items ordered, the type of shipping selected and, in some instances, the shipping destination. All shipments are subject to product availability.

Orders outside the European Union includes additional shipping and handling charges. Your shipping charges, including any applicable surcharges, will be clearly stated on the Order page.

Standard shipping to locations within the U.K. generally takes 1 to 3 business days after processing on most orders shipped by our Fulfillment Center in the U.K., subject to product availability.

Where we ship nonprescription orders

We ship to the following:

• Any valid U.K. address (including P.O. boxes, with some exceptions).
• European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
• United States and Canada.

Tracking your order
When you place your order online with a Tracked Delivery Option, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the package carrier’s website so you can track your order. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to appear.

Returns
We accept the return of all items, which are returned unopened within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
